The Middle Feels Messy

There’s a part of healing no one really prepares you for — the middle.
It’s the space where you’ve outgrown what hurt you, but haven’t quite stepped into what’s next.
Where clarity feels close, but not yet steady.
And that in-between can feel confusing, frustrating, and achingly human.
But here’s what I’ve learned — the middle isn’t a setback, it’s a mirror.
It reflects your effort, your honesty, your courage to keep showing up even when it doesn’t look graceful.
Healing isn’t linear. Some days you rise. Some days you rest.
Both are progress, both are proof.
So if it feels messy right now — it’s okay.
That’s not failure; that’s transformation finding its rhythm.
You’re not behind. You’re just in the middle — and that’s still movement forward.
