Thirty days of talking about courage, possibility, boundaries, dreams, identity, change and becoming.


But none of it matters unless you remember this:


This is not the rehearsal.


This is your actual life.


You don't know how many chapters you get.


So love people loudly.


Try things.


Change your mind.


Make some money.


Make some memories.


Leave what diminishes you.


Build what excites you.


Help somebody.


Ask for help.


Laugh more.


Start over when you need to.


And please stop saving the woman you want to become for “someday.”
