Have you escaped and grown through a tough relationship? Have you navigated divorce, domestic violence, betrayal, starting over, or rebuilding your life when you weren’t sure what came next? Are you a voice another woman might need to hear? Can you become the woman you once needed? Create the group. Create a safe space for women to talk, connect, share experiences and help each other navigate some of the hardest chapters of their lives. You don’t have to have all the answers. Sometimes being able to say, “I’ve been there. This is what I learned,” is incredibly powerful. There is so much knowledge in what women have survived, learned and rebuilt from. Share it. Be the village.

Have you navigated a health scare? Been through something difficult and come out the other side knowing WAY more about it than you ever wanted to? Are you well versed in a women’s issue that you could be a voice, resource or sounding board for other women navigating it? CREATE THE GROUP. You don’t have to be an expert with letters after your name to start a conversation. Sometimes lived experience is exactly what another woman is searching for. Share what you know. Share what you learned. Create a space for women to find each other, ask questions and realize someone else has been there too. Let’s blend our experiences, expertise and knowledge and build this league of extraordinary women. Someone out there may need to know exactly what you know.

Let's talk about something other than work. When was the last time you started doing something simply because YOU wanted to? Not because it was productive. Not because your kids needed it. Not because your job required it. Not because it made money. Just because you thought, "That sounds fun." And what was it? We're curious how many of us have to sit here for a minute before we can actually come up with an answer.

I hit the milestones. The title, the house, the boxes that were supposed to feel like a finish line. Then I hit my late thirties and the silence got louder. It wasn't a mid-life crisis, just a quiet question that showed up while the coffee was brewing: "Is this it?" On paper, everything looked exactly how it was supposed to. But my nervous system was still running a race I'd already won. I realized I’d built a life that looked great to everyone else, but felt heavy for me to live in. So I’m starting a new chapter. Not a "tear it all down" reinvention, but a slow, intentional pivot toward what actually feels like peace. I’m learning that building myself isn't about adding more to the list: it’s about finally listening to the woman who has to carry the list. I don't have a map. I’m just walking the trail and noticing where the air feels easier to breathe. What chapter are we building today?
